Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Lupo Property Services website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

Lupo Property Services provides painting, drywall, deck building, landscaping, and related property services in Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley. All services are subject to:

• Availability in your service area
• Written quote acceptance
• Scheduling availability
• Property access and conditions

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Hidden conditions discovered during work
• Changes requested by the client
• Material price fluctuations
• Additional work beyond original scope

Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated and approved in writing before additional work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area during scheduled service times. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply. Weather conditions may affect outdoor project schedules.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

Lupo Property Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable for materials already purchased.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
